Imo, Oda would be the best mangaka. I think he has the best storytelling, characters, and plot. One Piece be my favorite manga, with Fairy Tail as a close second.

i see. it's more of a personal preference but it only applies to oda and mashima since both are the ones at the top of the artists i mentioned and the competition is basicly between them. their styles are both deeply influenced by dbz hence why both are exelent
